We have an opening for system Engineer for customer care unit to ensure stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems (hardware and software) that support core organizational functions.
1. Mange Customer Care Unit to meet help desk policy & procedures standards.
2. Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and
software.
3. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
4. Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping,
processes, and service records.
5. Implement technical changes by use structured procedures to align with process, policy and Procedures.
6. Monitor and test system performance; prepare and deliver system performance
statistics and reports.
Ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s degree computer science, Information Technology or equivalent
10 years’ experience
Microsoft Certification. MCSA / MCSE.
ITIL Foundation
VMware Certification (VCTA, VCP)
Equivalent technical certifications
