الوصف الوظيفي Monitor and document a Program for Patient Safety. Document, monitor, and analyze incident reports and sentinel event and put action plan to prevent it’s recurrence. Monitor, analyze, and reduce medical errors in all departments and implement an action plan to reduce it. Report all medical errors in CQIPS Department through an OVR System. Monitor and reduce risks in work environment and encourage staff to improve work environment. Assists in a variety of patient safety initiatives and programmatic performance monitoring. Researches and interprets laws, regulations, and policies to assure compliance with regulatory entities to evaluate opportunities for change and improvements. Participates in CQIPS System Improvement Activities, CQIPS System Control Activities, CQIPS Staff Development Activities. Maintain confidentiality at all times. EDUCATION AND/OR LICENSE: Essential: Bachelor degree in Healthcare Sciences. Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration. المهارات Proficient in Coordinating projects and program activities. Knowledgeable of Program/Project planning, development, and management methodologies. Knowledgeable in analyzing complex technical and managerial problems and developing, recommending and implementing effective solutions. Ability to show integrity and ethical behavior.
