الوصف الوظيفي Customer queries and claims management regarding: o Schedules and prices. o Types of trains/Cabin. o Fare conditions. o Services on board the trains. o Services in the stations. o After-sales conditions, giving information to the customer on how to use the online form, facilitating the email address or the web page enabled for it and the procedures if requested. o Others. · Customer flows and access control management and supervision. · Incident Management in Stations. · Station Passenger assistance systems operation: PAS, PIS, AFC; etc. · General customer service administration duties. · Report on places and events both of local interest and related to the service. · The Station Commercial Operator in charge of sales performs the operations with tickets at the Ticketing Desk mainly equipped with a Ticket Office Machine (TOM). · At the sale ticket stands are made the operations of sales, changes and cancellations of transport tickets, by the Station Commercial Operator in a face-to-face manner with the customer. Any other commercial and customer assistance tasks in the stations and/or on the trains. المهارات High-School Level.
