Deputy General Manager for a luxury 5* Hotel in MakkahLocation: Makkah, KSAThis position is for one of the largest hotels in Makkah. You will manage ongoing profitability of the hotel, drive digitisation initiatives, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded while developing the team to ensure career progression and effective succession planning within the Hotel.About the RoleBe involved in revenue managementReview and implement procedures and SOPs to continually improve the businessThrive in a culture of development and support staff trainingWill hold full P+L responsibility, cost, margin and quality focusedInstigate a casual yet high-standards culturePro-actively seeking opportunities and ways to maximize revenue and develop service offered
المهارات
At least 5 years as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager and 10 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry (in leadership roles)Good sales experience with a commercial mindKeen eye for details and strong standards to constantly drive the highest standardsGood F&B;background to drive the division forwardsMinimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketingA degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent hotel school / internal training programmesExperience in hospitality digitisation is highly preferredFluent in English - Arabic is not mandatoryA passion for the hospitality that transpires in everything you doExcellent communicator and a leaderBe a team player in a fast growing and fast evolving business and industryExperience managing budgets, revenue proposals, creating business plan as well as short, medium- and long-term strategiesPermanent positionCandidate must be MuslimThe candidate must possess at least 5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing
