الوصف الوظيفي 2. Administration and maintenance of Microsoft services/servers (AD, DNS, WSUS, File Sharing, SMTP, Visio) 3. Preventive maintenance, configuration and troubleshoot company and client networks, various network devices (Cisco, IBM, Juniper, Aerohive, Extreme Networks) 4. Monitor status and go through logs of Company and Client networks (Zabbix) and resolve issues related to eventual connectivity problems 5. Administration and maintenance of various Windows and Linux servers 6. Administration, installation and remote support for approximately 100 company laptops and/or PCs running Windows 10 Professional 7. Servicing laptops, desktops, servers, printers and other IT devices 8. Cable pulling, terminating, testing and patching of CAT cables, fiber optic cables and patch panels 9. Maintain and configure CCTV, VOIP (Cisco & Asterisk) devices and systems for company and clients 10. Maintenance and configuration of access control systems 11. Provide IT Support remotely (Teamviewer) or in person to other company employees 12. Document and create how-to’s of all tasks and projects you complete 13. Report to Lead engineer and work with a diverse team to resolve moderate and complex issues المهارات 2.
