Key duties & responsibilities include:

Tender and estimation engineer
• Develop final BOQ as per client request
• Primary Skills Experienced in preparing project pre-qualification documents Secondary Skills Experienced in proposal and BID preparation.
• Should have suitable engineering degree with min  years of experience.
• Study, analysis and evaluate the tender documents technically and commercially.
• Experienced in proposal and BID preparation.
• Submitting completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines.
• Experienced in preparing project pre-qualification documents.
• Prepare BOQ from tender document.
• Develop overall cost estimate.
• Prepare manpower loading with respect to project scope of work.
• Develop project deliverables.
• Well versed in innovative estimation techniques.
• Experienced in data analysis.
• Experienced in preparing technical narratives.
• Maintain a register of key assumptions within estimates and pricing.
• Build and maintain pricing / estimating databases and ensure outturn costs are captured and fed back through the system.
• Identify opportunity and risk during the tender process
