الوصف الوظيفي
• Managing and controlling day to day activities related with all FG stores..
• Allocation of work among the store team.
• Ensure the implementation of SOPs.
• Zero defects and complaints from internal customers.
• Coordinate with sales coordinator to determine the shipping date and ensure the FGs delivered to the customer on time.
• Monitor the FG stock movement as per FIFO.
• Identify fast moving based on daily dispatching.
• Set up the layout and ensure effective utilization of FG store areas and observe proper loading and safekeeping.
• Planning future capacity requirements.
• Ensure accuracy of FGs inventory against system records by conducting internal stock taking on regular bases.
• Expiry and Rejected goods control and periodic revalidation based on FG expiry date.
• Ensuring proper training in material handling, storage and stock controls.
• Ensuring the safety regulations are fully implemented inside the FG stores.
• Updating data on MIS and generation of regular reporting.
• Keeping stock control system and documents up to date.
• Responsible for maintaining documents and records for QMS, EMS and SMS.
• Kaizen initiatives.
• Continuous risk assessments and sharing reports with the safety department.
• Implementation of cost reductions projects.
• Follow up of forklift regular maintenance.
• Perform any other job-related activities as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree Supply Chain, Accounting/ Engineering or Business Administration.
Experience
6-10 years in store management experience 2 of which as Store Supervisor
Technical Skills
Inventory Management skills.
MS office skills.
Good Arabic/ English skills.
