Manage the pharmacy and wellness buying and category management processes to ensure the achievment of the targeted sales and profit through the implementation of the commerical strategy. Direct the development of the business plans and manage the relationship with the suppliers to maintain the business sustainability and growth.

Description
Cross Functional Alignment:
Work collaboratively with marketing management to develop promotion, display, consumer communication and health Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy.Contribute in the gathering and analysis of the market intelligence and future business environment information in order to propose solutions and corrective actions to ensure business awareness, sustainability and risk analysis.Develop Market understanding, reading future trends and awareness about current and potential regulation that affect the entire pharmaceutical business in terms of insurers, Regulators, Private Market and different health retail channels.Oversee the pharmacy and wellness buying processes to ensure optimum performance of KPI’s and develop long term relationship with industry leaders
Commercial Strategy:
Develop the division’s strategy through cascading the commercial strategy into the departments, then to oversee the strategy execution to ensure the achievement of the department objectives and update the strategy based on the business needs.Develop the tactics to achieve the Commercial Division strategy through breaking down the strategy and targets into tactics for the categories and action plan to ensure the availability of periodic plan leading to achieving the company’s financial targets.
Suppliers Management:
Manage the suppliers’ relationship through contract management, negotiation, business plan development and deals finalization in order to achieve the shelf availability, targeted sales, profits and inventory.Lead and monitor the development of business plans and manage the relationship with the suppliers to ensure the consistent achievement of the business goals.
Department Management:
Develop the department KPIs through the cascading of the division SMART objectives and monitor the implementation to ensure the achievement of the set KPIs.Manage the department performance through providing performance feedback, conversations, appraisal, coaching, knowledge transfer …etc to ensure the achievement of the set objectives and employees career development.Manage and develop the department SOPs, policies, procedures, processes, structure and SLAs to ensure the effectiveness and standardization of the department operations
