Quest Search & Selection is working with a leading luxury retailer and are seeking top talent within the sales space. This is a sales associate role based in Jeddah, KSA.

RESPONSIBILITIES-

· Ensuring that customers receive an exceptional selling ceremony

· Contributing to the overall sales revenue

· Developing clientele

· Understanding KPI’s and ensuring targets are met

· Thorough knowledge about the brand, their products, identity and day to day procedures.

· Provide excellent customer service (greetings, repairs, cross selling, inquiries about returns etc.)

· Training junior staff wherever necessary

· Stock management and operational knowledge on the digital tools (sales, CRM, CS, omnichannel etc.)

REQUIREMENTS-
Educational qualifications Having experience within a multicultural environment within a luxury brand Proficiency within MS Office, CRM, CS and other digital toolsExcellent communications and written skills in English and Arabic

The Benefits

Package offered is between up to SAR 8300 K a month + 10 % target bonus + medical + flight
