Quest Search & Selection is working with a luxury business that is looking for a Boutique Manager for a pre-opening in Jeddah.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the smooth opening of the store which involves coordinating with store design, training, hiring and retail management.Team and people developmentSetting objectives for the boutique and individuals to successfully deliver on the objectives of the business.Supervising the boutique administration, back office and maintenance.Building, maintaining and developing relationships with customers.Acting as an Ambassador for the brand at the regional event.
Required Experience:
Pre-opening experience preferredLuxury retail experience within the Saudi marketStrong communication skillsClient intelligence
