Description
Ownership of the commercial P&L;for Western Province including Jeddah, Makkah, Taif region.Key account management with leading retailers in the KingdomEstablish, implement and track aggressive, highly competitive, proactive and reactive, short and long- range distribution plans, commercial strategies and tactics in support of identified strategic imperativesCollaborate with the regional team, business and other functional heads to articulate the local commercial strategy.Manage a local distributor team to continuously work in strategic alignment of the local big bets & regional strategic imperatives
Profile
Excellent commercial and business leadership experience in the FMCG industry preferably across Personal Care products5-10 years’ experience in key account and distributor management & working with cross-functional teams, achieving goals on-time and with limited resourcesProven track record for cultivating strong relationships with key external & internal partners that have resulted in strong distribution & sales growthDemonstrated ability to define and successfully deliver complex projects with superior results-from business case development, negotiations through deploymentAbility to deal with ambiguous problems and build solutions with proper project managementAbility to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projectsExcellent command of both the local & English language (both verbal & written)
