Our client is a major producer of milk and dairy products operating in the Kingdom for last 20 years. Currently operating through a distributor in the Kingdom and investing heavily on expanding their portfolio in the region.
Description
Ownership of the commercial P&L;for K.S.AEstablish, implement and track aggressive, highly competitive, proactive and reactive, short and long- range distribution plans, commercial strategies and tactics in support of identified strategic imperativesCollaborate with the regional team, business and other functional heads to articulate the local commercial strategy.Manage a local distributor team to continuously work in strategic alignment of the local big bets & regional strategic imperatives
Profile
Excellent commercial and business leadership experience in the Dairy industry nationally10-15 years’ experience in distributor management & working with cross-functional teams, achieving goals on-time and with limited resourcesProven track record for cultivating strong relationships with key external & internal partners that have resulted in strong distribution & sales growthDemonstrated ability to define and successfully deliver complex projects with superior results-from business case development, negotiations through deploymentAbility to deal with ambiguous problems and build solutions with proper project managementAbility to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projectsExcellent command of both the local & English language (both verbal & written)
