Mix and cook pie fillings, and pour fillings into pie shells and top filling with meringue or cream.

Mix ingredients to form dough or batter by hand or using electric mixer.

Roll and shape dough, using rolling pin and cuts dough in uniform portions with knife, divider, cookie cutter.

المهارات

Excellent knowledge of basic food hygiene and posses the ability to read and execute recipes.

Good knowledge of basic flour dough, crèmes, mousses and chocolate .

Excellent team player, dedicated & energetic.

Minimum 3 years of experience .

Experience in 5* hotels is a must.
