Responsibilities:
Analyse, develop strategies and achieving sales targets by increasing market share and meet revenue targets
Handling sales reporting, forecasting and budgeting and develop and implement sales plans
Handling new products and awareness of those products
Utilizing professional network opportunities to facilitate sales and increase brand awareness
Building an appropriate team structure to achieve the company’s objectives and exploiting new business
Manage the branches with daily operation activities
Coordinate with relevant external stake holders on data submission and accuracy lead and / or contribute to sales at relevant scope
المهارات
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with a company in the same position in FMCG for 3 years minimum
Computer literate and can speak English and/or Arabic
Have high skill of Negotiating and passion and enthusiasm for FMCG products
A proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
Having skill to build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
Creative, innovative and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinion
If applicable, a willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Transferable and valid iqama
