الوصف الوظيفي 1. using data modeling techniques to identify ways in which an organization can operate more effectively. 2. communicate with senior people in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve 3. formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research 4. persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies 5. oversee the implementation of new technology and systems 6. run workshops and training sessions 7. exploring how the organization is currently operating via research, which could include interviewing employees and collecting quantitative data 8. explore different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts 9. proposing solutions to an organization’s leaders, and keeping them updated with progress 10.creating documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved. 11.ensuring the changes are made – for example, by overseeing the implementation of new technology or a new approach 12.contributing to training and support for people affected by new systems and processes. 13.Produce functional design and wireframes 14.Produce data maps 15.Schedule, plan and lead requirement gathering and review meetings, communicate key decisions and action items 16.Familiar with scrum development methodology 17.Analyze existing software applications and understand and document functionality 18.Work with product owners, design and development to convert business requirements to a developer-friendly specification المهارات · 6 years or more in business analysis · Professional Certifications in BA is a plus .
