الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for coordinating all related administrativeactivities of the Human Resources (HR). Provides data and assistance tomanagement for decision making. Reviews and recommends changes of new/existingjobs, salaries, policies, etc. in coordination with Human Resources Management. Essential Responsibilities and Duties 1. Contributes to the development of the HR function and to HR policies, strategies and business plans which enable the Hospital aims and objectives to be achieved. 2. Understands and supports the formulation and aligning of HR Business strategy in line with the Hospital strategic Direction. 3. Enhances and develops HR balanced scorecards and monitors HR performance matrix to demonstrate its value and communicate the HR added value to Senior Management. 4. Provides HR smart progress reports weekly, quarterly, mid-year and yearly across the institution; reports should include strategic, operation, KPI’s, as well as practices. 5. Develops and makes recommendations for the implementation of HR policies and procedures. 6. Creates, maintains, and analyses reports with HR; responds to report requests and validates results to ensure accuracy. 7. Designs, develops and enhances methods of information delivery to management and employees via self-service and reporting. 8. Identifies and recommends solution to issues/problems using analysis, experience, and judgment. 9. Gathers information, prepares reports and processes various applications, enrolment, pay changes and informational/confidential forms and records. 10. Performs higher-level duties involving employee communications, employee file screening, responding to routine questions on human resources policies and procedures and identifying potential issues and deficiencies. 11. Works collaboratively with other HR departments to monitor, analyse, and utilize data to support decision making. 12. Responsible for all assigned department statistics, and provides HR metrics and other reports as requested. 13. Participates in Performance Improvement (PI) and introduces LEAN by removing none added values steps. Education Experience Required Three (3) years of related Human Resources experience with Master’s, or Five (5) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
