Role Purpose
The Incumbent is responsible of leading all human resources activities within the project and align all human resources practices with the KSA labour law and the policies and procedures in BEEAH
Accountabilities
Build and manage a strong team with excellent HR knowledge, skills and abilities
Develop strong relationships with the key stakeholders e.g. (project GM, Project managers, and function heads)
Ensure aligning BEEAH HR Practices with KSA Labour Law as well as national programs like Nitaqat, social insurance (GOSI), as well as the health insurance
Update the project manpower needs and meet regularly with hiring managers to plan manpower needs and recruitment plans
Organize the interviews and manage the assessments and selection of candidates in line with the BEEAH recruiting policy
Coordinate with Centre of Excellence function heads regarding functional HR support like Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Total Rewards
Lead the performance management cycle in the project including objectives setting, objective evaluation, and ratings calibration
Maintain the master employee information on the ERP system ensuring the recording of payroll information, leaves, social insurance information and personal information
Arrange orientation for new joiners to learn about the company, project, policies and meet with the key stakeholders
Ensure the timely monthly processing of payroll by closely coordinating with department heads to complete all the requirements as per the payroll timeline
Maintain Job descriptions for all the jobs under the project and initiate new jobs required by analysing and creating descriptions for the new jobs
Prepare weekly and monthly reports regarding the status of HR in the project
Oversee employee relations activities including grievances, investigations and provide recommendations to the management in line with the KSA Labour law and the policies
Driver diversity and ensure the development of female talent in key roles
Qualification
· Minimum of bachelor degree preferably in a related field like psychology or HR
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing human resources in a project setting in KSA
المهارات
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
Excellent knowledge in KSA Labour Law and KSA HR programs
Ability to prepare monthly HR reports.
Proficiency in using ERP/HRIS systems (SAP or equivalent)
Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills
