الوصف الوظيفي
Duties and Responsibilities:

6.1 Abides by the Medical Staff Bylaws, Code of Medical Ethics, Rules and Regulations

of the Medical Staff and those specific to the department.

6.2 Provides the highest attainable standard of medical care for the patients for whom

he/she is rcs onsible.

6.4 I’i ictices within the framework of clinically relevant and scientifically valid

standards, i ielincs and cri1ci’ia.

6.5 Cm i ies out full range of clinical duties as assigned by the Consultant in Charge of

the ICU aiLl tlaC Consultant lntensivist in accordance with individually approved

clinical privileges.

d.6 Per forms diagnostic and therapeutic procedures on his/her patients within the range of

the

specialty.

6.7 Assessment and referral of appropriate patients under his/her medical care to

other aJ opriate medical facilities as well as accepting referrals of patients with

medical problems in his/her field of specialty.

6.8 Participate in the on-call rota of the department for patient care and admission.

6.9 he once to emergencies to offer advice and actively participate with problems if

required, rclated to his/her specialty.
