الوصف الوظيفي
Performs business process analysis and coordinates workflow activities at all levels and cross functional process to set up modules, table structures, formulates and implements test strategies, gathers information and works with business and technical strategies to resolve issues and make recommendations. Coordinates issues of business application with other groups including applications and operations to maintain current application, database technology, offering the highest reliability, quality and best performance possible. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.

Business Analysis:

a) Analyzes, evaluates, designs, executes, measures, monitors and controls business processes.

b) Leads the process of identifying causes of quality problems and making suggestions for improvement where possible.

c) Prepares support plans for improving, developing or re-engineering business processes.

d) Supports departments in improving, developing or re-engineering procedures. Business process re-engineering (BPR) - is the practice of rethinking and redesigning the way work is done to better support an organization’s mission and reduce costs.

e) Redesigns the procedure and makes recommendations to raise efficiency and reduce waste in time and resources.

f) Contributes to the preparation and updating documents of improvement concepts and development on the work procedures according to the strategic directions/objectives.

g) Performs process analysis to design or redesign multiple integrated workflows and process issues to ensure that enterprise processes are state of the art, and efficient.

h) Participates in finding better ways and solutions to facilitate procedures and develop them through working with experts and specialists as needed.

i) Measures the operational indicators of the procedures and analyzes the results and proposes appropriate adjustments to the procedures in line with the strategic objectives.

j) Ensures operation process methods and workflow are in alignment with the strategic direction of the organization.

k) Identifies, creates and facilitates process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination; integrating new systems and processes with existing ones; and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies.
