About the program
Our Future Leaders Programme is from 12 to 36 months rotational development programme designed to expose ambitious minds to the world of Jazeera Paints and provide them with the knowledge, framework and practical experience to succeed in an accelerated career path and prepare them as our next generation of leaders.
Being a part of the Jazeera Paints Future Leaders Program, you will carefully develop through a structured rotational process across our organization, with stretched assignments and a dedicated on-job training and development plan. As you gain a deeper understanding of our business, you will be expected to add fresh perspectives and make significant contributions to your assigned business area.
Who is this program for?
• Fresh graduate students , existing staff (with maximum 3 years of experience) with a Bachelor’s or Masters Degree Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Marketing.
How this program works
Modular – The programme takes place over 12 to 36 months (based on job function), allowing you to develop within your work schedule.
Experience based – You will be working in all functions within your job with team from different backgrounds and with different expertise.
On-going support – You will be coached throughout the program. You will also benefit from one-to-one coaching by our experienced staff, communications training and personal development.
Reporting – you are required to deliver a presentation of what you learned in monthly bases and contribute development and improvements plans of each function.
