الوصف الوظيفي
The Investments Manager is responsible for the provision of identifying and approaching potential investors, developing business case for new opportunities, ensuring contract enactment in line with rules and regulations, and following-up on opportunity implementation
Assist in developing MDA’s investment strategy through analyzing MDA development directions and identifying priorities based on MDA objectives and aspirations
Continuously identify new projects and investment opportunities through coordinating with MDA Investment Director
Contribute in the development of approaches for investor attraction through opportunities’ formalization and promotion
Provide support in developing and updating criteria and guidelines for the assessment and selection of potential investors
Conduct market research assessment, identify potential investors to reach out in order to generate business lead
Provide input while conducting potential investors profiling and background check analysis to develop a shortlist of qualified investors based on pre-defined criteria
Coordinate with investors and concretize investment opportunities based on guidelines and templates and collect technical input from experts, when needed.
Develop investment opportunity business case to ensure viability.
Ensure effective resolution of investors queries in order to facilitate understanding between investors and MDA Directorate and clarify any pending issues.
Participate in agreements preparation and contract signature and deal closure, ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
