Job Description Collects samples from sample drums, places them in bags and assign appropriate tags. Ensures area is safe to start work, chip away at marked orebody (rock) to obtain samples, places these samples in appropriately tagged bags or boxes. Stacks boxes and/or bags in core yard as instructed. Distributes samples to designated parties as required. Other related work such as painting core trays, retrieving diamond drill from bore holes, loading samples, cleaning core yard, etc. is included. Qualification – Secondary school or Metric certificate compulsory. Experience – 1 to 2 years work experience as Sampler necessary |
