PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.  Coordinate with technical and
business team to understand the requirements
2.  Devise sound technical solution
based on the business requirements.
3.  Create flows, business rules, the
user interface on Ultimus BPM 7.x
4.  Write and maintain Ultimus module
and Ultimus Administration module
5.  Coordinate with operations team
to diagnose operational issues and provide a timely response.
6.  Ensure the Source Control usage
properly and development standards adhere. Ensure team adherence to SDLC procedures.
7.  Ensure the following documentation:-
a.  Requirement
b.  Technical
c.  User Acceptance
d.  Quality control
8.  Maintain a log of all support
issues escalated from helpdesk/ production support and build knowledge Database
of resolutions for future reference.
9.  Preparation and maintenance of
documentation on issues and fixes.
10.  Troubleshoot and resolve
technical issues, and connectivity problems, including user access and
component configuration.
11.  Record and maintain hardware and
software inventories, site and/or server licensing, and user access and security.
12.  Work as a team member with other technical staff, such as networking, Database,
to ensure the proper functioning of the Data Warehouse test/production environments.
13.  Write and maintain system
documentation such as installation, troubleshooting, backup and recovery guide
for applications.
14.  Manage
changes by ensuring
that problem management and
change management procedures are adhered to and problems tracked to resolution
15.  Update applications with necessary
patches as and when applicable.
Recovery/re installation of
applications in case of failure of the system in Production, Development and DR environment
Minimum Qualifications;
Computer Science or Engineering graduate with Software Engineering or IT Specialization as major.
Minimum Experience:
· Having more than 5 years of IT experience.
· Strong understanding of Ultimus Modules, Microsoft .net platform, Visual Studio .net, MS SQL server and Windows.
· Preferably Arabic speaking candidates
