-Perform system design to meet requirements as per the HR business users.
-Coordinate technical implementation with the Vendor team.
-Analyze and review the technical document MD 70 and other functions/packages developed by the -Implementation team and guide for the best solution possible.
-Develop Oracle integration customization per functional Requirements.
-Prepare and execute test scripts and test cases.
-Ensure all requirements are met.
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, especially around Oracle integration programs.
-Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts.
-Develop end-user documentation and training materials. And Deliver end-user training.
-Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
-Play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution.
المهارات
-Bachelor Degree in related field – Computer Sciences, Information Systems or similar.
-Should have 10 years’ Experience in Oracle HRMS R11/12, Oracle Core HR.
-Should have 5 years’ experience leading Oracle HRMS implementations.
-Should be an expert in OAF, ADF and Oracle forms.
-Experience in designing Custom OAF Pages and ADF pages to create new custom flows for Finance modules.
-Experience in Oracle forms is a must.
-Knowledge of Oracle Work flows.
-Hands on Experience in Oracle Apps Technical Skills.
-Knowledge of computers and basic oracle applications.
-Must be fluent in English.
