Recruitment Notice of Far East Marine Surveyors for Inspection

Far East Marine Surveyors for Inspection company (hereinafter as “CCS Damman Office” or “company”) belong to China Classification Society (CCS) which was founded in 1956 and headquartered in Beijing China, a member of the International Association of Classification Societies. Now a days, CCS has over 120 offices worldwide, covering major ports globally, and has established a comprehensive global service network spanning Asia, Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Oceania. The CCS Dammam Office is located in Al Khobar, Eastern Province of KSA.
I. Recruitment Plan
1.Position and Nature: Administrator, affiliated with CCS Dammam Office.
2.Job Responsibilities: Including maintaining and updating company documents; printing, scanning/copying, stamping, verifying, and dispatching certificates; organizing, binding, archiving, and dispatching inspection files; registering, managing, and collecting accounts receivable; handling official correspondence and document management; receiving and conveying company documents, letters, and correspondence; arranging appointments and reception for visitors; maintaining and managing office equipment; handling employee visas, insurance, permits, etc., as well as assisting in other tasks at CCS Dammam Office.
3.The CCS Dammam Office is located in AWJ Tower, Al Khobar, Eastern Province, KSA. The expected start date is September 2023, with a probation period of 3 months. Salary and benefits will be discussed.
II. Recruitment Requirements
1.KSA nationality, familiar with the Eastern Province and capable of handling common work issues.
2.Proficient in Arabic, fluent in written and spoken English, with Chinese language skills being an advantage.
3.Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work attitude, and professional experience in a similar role are preferred.
4.Proficient in using common office software with good learning abilities.
5.Good character and physical condition suitable for the position’s requirements.
6.Once hired, the applicant should also comply with the management requirements of CCS.
