Pharmaceutical products: The pharmaceutical industry discovers, develops, produces, and markets drugs or pharmaceutical drugs for use as medications to be administered (or self-administered) to patients, with the aim to cure them, vaccinate them, or alleviate the symptoms.
Consumer products: Consumer products, also referred to as final goods, are bought by individuals or households for personal use. In other words, consumer products are goods bought for consumption by the average consumer. Consumer behavior reveals how to appeal to people with different habits.
Logistics Services: Plan warehouses and distribution centers for efficiency in both operations and capacity. Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from the point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Must be capable of developing executive-level relationships and driving sales through opportunity planning, executive involvement, and value selling.
Will be fully responsible for our sales team, focusing on building and sustaining a healthy pipeline, maturing and closing the opportunities, providing accurate forecasts, and following the sales cadence rules.
Achieving monthly and quarterly company overall sales targets.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the company.
Manage the sales team in a successful way that seeks to achieve goals.
Comparing the value of profits and revenues.
Writing monthly reports on sales, collection, and customer defaults and submitting them to the Board.
Building and forming good relationships with customers and understanding their strategic needs.
Work toward increasing the percentage of profits in the company.
Designing and preparing strategic implementation plans aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the sales department.
Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the business to develop strong partnerships.
المهارات
A minimum of 10 years of experience in GCC in the pharmaceutical industry in sales and marketing
A minimum of 5 years of experience as head of a sales team.
Experience in developing annual and multi-year strategic plans.
Must have strong working knowledge and a successful sales track record.
Must have a bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or any related field (a medical background is a plus).
Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
Able to handle multiple challenges simultaneously.
