الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for the achieving goals and objectives of the Strategy & Business Development Function. II. JOB SCOPE Incumbent is an experienced professional with excellent knowledge of a particular area of expertise plus working knowledge of other related disciplines. Work is not generally supervised and can be delivered without guidance or with minimal guidance. May serve as team leader on small to medium size projects. III. PRINCIPAL CONTACTS INTERNAL: Frequent contact with Line Manager and staff. Also, frequent contact with Finance. EXTERNAL: Frequent contact with consultants, suppliers, prospective and existing client/s IV. PRINCIPAL DUTIES Function Description 1. Conducts analysis and market research to identify business opportunities 2. Screens complex business proposals using pre-defined filtering criteria. 3. Develops the head of term, MOU and legal document for prospective agreements 4. Conducts research on necessary market intelligence to select potential investors. 5. Screens and Identifies potential investors. 6. Performs pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to establish technical, financial and marketing viability of new ventures. 5. Write Concept Papers that establish a high-level case for further developing business ventures and business proposals. 9. Develops economic/financial models for moderately complex business ventures. 10. Provides functional expertise to design the capabilities required by the new venture to succeed, ex. product development, sales and marketing, logistics, customer care. 11. Manages and maintains a strong relationship with clients and investors. 12. Supports the development of business offerings packages to potential investors. 13. Performs any job-related activities as requested by the management. المهارات A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or equivalent is required. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required. B. EXPERIENCE: A minimum of (3 -5) years of related experience is required C. LANGUAGE: Excellent command of oral and written English is required. D. Preferred Training and Certificates Financial Modelling E.
