A leading equipment distributor, rental and aftersales provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia seeks professionals from the field of Supply Chain Management. The main responsibilities are as below:
To organize regular ordering system based on sales and parts departmental needs and in accordance with the company policy and procedures.
To maintain a tracking record to enable to monitor the status of the entire product.
Reduce overseas materials prices by sourcing them from alternative sources.
Coordinate to improve the delivery materials by standardization and improving strategic supplier’s understanding of our requirements.
Identify strategic suppliers and implement a plan to improve and promote business relationships “Supplier evaluation”.
Identify all strategic materials and find competitor suppliers for each of them.
Placing purchase orders through system and follow the P2P process (Purchase to Pay)
Maintain the inventory level and ensure system records matching what are physically on ground.
Do the GR (good reception) transactions and issue out through system in coordination with warehouse/ yard team.
You will have direct contact with the yards and logistics team to ensure your inventory is correct, accurate and storage in the right way
Whatever on ground should reflect the same on the system to ensure right figures and records are existing.
Planning for regular cycle count and quarterly count to maintain accuracy
Maintaining stock level
To analyze and check all necessary documents prior to ordering.
To maintain honest working attitude towards local business transaction.
To ensure accurate records are kept and updated daily and that all paper works, documentations, receipts and inventory stocks are properly recorded within stock control system.
To assist in the control / monitoring “Lowest Cost Principal” to dealership in all transactions, accepting customer relations me of paramount importance.
المهارات
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Associate/Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with a major in Supply Chain
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar job
Highly proficient in the following MS Software: Excel, Word and Outlook.
