الوصف الوظيفي Implement Marketing Plans and monitor the performance and progress of marketing initiatives versus prescribed goals stipulated in the approved marketing plans and within specified budgets. Key Accountabilities: 1- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships. 2- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press (local, regional, national and specialist publications). 3- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and social media. 4- Maintaining and updating customer databases. 5- Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions. 6- Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups. 7- Contribute in developing an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales Targets. 8- Following the marketing plan to maintain the budget. 9- Managing the budget for exhibition marketing, including generating leads and running the exhibition stands on site. 10- Assisting in sourcing advertising opportunities across all ranges of media. 11- Ensuring the budget is adhered to by saving costs where possible and managing all costs. Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration with Marketing specialization or a related commercial discipline. Experience: 5 years’ experience in Marketing. Competency level requirements: Requires a detailed knowledge and extensive experience of the theoretical and practical aspects (Problem solving) of the subject.
