To support the development org design, policies and processes. To organize, supervises and controls the overall preparation and updating of Rezayat group of companies manpower plans and org charts in accordance with OD Manager.
To support on providing guidance throughout the org design and restructuring efforts by understanding the company’s operations.
To check the availability & preservation of the approved organization & positions structures along with related documents
Reviewing organizational changes and establishment practices to make sure that it is documented and carried out according to set OM policies
To review Employees/Organizations Data to ensures its is up-to-date, by automating and enhancing the process and reporting the results to OD Manager
To assist in preparing and submitting Management Reports, including organization charts, analysis, demographics for companies
To review the needs for redesign/restructuring through comprehensive organizational diagnostic assessments
To support on the employees’ Performance Appraisal Process to ensure it is conducted in a timely manner

Ability to utilize MS Office effectively.
