Your responsibilities
Sales Strategy - Maintaining customer engagement with sales visits and VFD service products offerings. Creating plans and implementing the sales strategies for customer accounts, Supports the customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations, and negotiations and offers service product/ solution.
Using the Company’s tools and preparing the best techno-commercial offer to the customer to win the project. Getting familiar with ABB tools to prepare study reports for value-added solutions like Energy efficiency reports and life cycle assessment reports. Keeping close relations with customers with time to time updates. Keeping track of the VFD install base in the market and covering all VFD install bases with the best technical solutions offering. Update in Salesforce with opportunity pipeline and customer visits. Developing sales pipeline with creative offering in the market. Having best knowledge on Complete VFD service portfolio and process knowledge of petrochemical segment.
Sales Target - Responsible for sales target on VFD Service business. Sells services products to customers, focusing on volume, service category, and profitability targets.
Ensuring Sales achievements through regular oversight, definition, and implementation of improvement plans as needed.
Customer Acquisition - Identifying opportunities with existing or new customers determines plans for acquisition. Offer Preparation - Prepares/supports the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, Local Business Unit/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.
Participates in the kick-off meeting organized by the project team.
Preparing innovative solutions to customers for best suitable for their requirements using the Company’s VFD Solutions.
Taking ownership of the sales process and adherence to internal controls.
Risk Review - Provides information to the risk review process in accordance with the Company’s policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment.
Customer Relations - Supporting the development of strong customer relationships with key customers and ensuring impactful marketing communication.
Marketing - Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers. Arranging customer events during the site visits and events to keep your customer up to date with the Company’s new offerings and solutions.
New Market Opportunities - Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
Administration - Manages administrative procedures in sales processes, and supports collection and project management activities when needed.
Channel Partner - Identify suitable channel partners fit for the Company’s Strategy for our products in the assigned market.
Technical Knowledge - Technical knowledge of VFD and VFD applications.
Having application and process knowledge on industries for VFD Services.
Knowledge of VFD services and preventive maintenance.
Developing energy appraisal reports with saving analysis for VFD application.
Visiting customer sites for technical solutions offerings. Making life cycle solutions and service contract offerings.
Getting familiar with all the Company’s VFD Service tools and using them on a daily basis.
المهارات
Your background
Ideally, you’ll hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales / Marketing or equivalent, with 3 years experience.
Fluent in English communication is required.
