الوصف الوظيفي The position is responsible to direct and lead the operational activities and resources with the objective to achieve maximum efficiency and reduce costs wherever necessary. Key Responsibility Areas & Activities: Planning & Coordination ‒ Review schedules provided by sales and marketing section and recommend modification ‒ Coordinate activities of operations to meet annual profit goals ‒ Work to develop process improvement strategies as well as resource allocation ‒ Recommend cost effective solutions to management based on daily observations Operational Control ‒ Monitor schedules and time tables to ensure compliance ‒ Assist with securing necessary resources (materials, parts, equipment, human resource etc.) to perform tasks. ‒ Analyze reports to detect issues and take corrective actions ‒ Supervise and motivate team members to improve performance Budgeting ‒ Prepare annual budget plan by reviewing operational requirements ‒ Assist Finance in costing by giving adequate inputs Maintenance ‒ Review and approve maintenance plans ‒ Ensure that preventive maintenance is being carried out as per approved plans ‒ Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement People Management ‒ Allocate responsibilities to staff members and rotate staff if required ‒ Coach and direct junior team members to ensure efficiency at every level ‒ Identify necessary training needs and ensure training needs are met ‒ Evaluate employee performance annually Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) ‒ Review and approve QHSE related policies and procedures when required ‒ Ensure that team members are aware of the company policies and procedures and trained on ‒ Ensure the implementation of QHSE rules and regulations in production area ‒ Ensure the availability and usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) المهارات Qualifications and Experience: ‒ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering ‒ With 10 years relevant experience in similar role Job Specific Skills: ‒ Knowledge of silo operations and cement handling. ‒ Mid-level IT Skills ‒ English Language تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/logistics-manager-4462688/ |
