For more information visit our Website Rehasportsmcl.com We are looking for an Biomedical Engineer to handle the technical and clinical support for clients, hospitals and clinics, by providing needed information and training, managing quotations and administrative tasks. Duties & Responsibilities & Standards of Performance: Service administration: Attending training efficiently/ becoming highly knowledgeable & specialized about company capital equipment’s. Manage spare part inventory to have at all-time sufficient quantities and parts Coordinate client resources and assign project tasks. Provide advanced problem solving, troubleshooting and system consultation as needed for client. Managing all capital equipment’s which are under maintenance contract Managing all capital equipment’s which are under warranty with clients/supplier Managing parts exchange which are under warranty placing spare parts orders, and following up on all the shipment procedures, until shipment reach destination Monitoring movement of all Demo units Monitoring all lease project, by reviewing contract and following up on fulfilling those contracts Keeping a professional image of the company by having high work ethics, superior product knowledge and solid information about products, procedures, and competition and by spreading knowledge. Managerial/Administrative: 1. Optimizing time in assigned territory while keeping cost at lowest rate. 2. Keeping track of any customer’s history, requests and dealing with the company by filling, updating and organizing the green files. 3. Preparing his/her monthly schedule in coordination with the Assistant Sales Manager. 4. Submitting a daily report about his/her daily activities & achievements. Knowledge: I. Educational Background: 1. A Bachelor of Science Engineering is required 2. An MBA is a plus II. Professional Background: 0-4 years of experience III. Specific Knowledge: 1. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & hardware use. 2. Extensive knowledge of company products المهارات 2. Time Management skills 3. Excellent negotiation skills 4. Good presentation skills 5.
