الوصف الوظيفي · Monitors and ensures all business strategies are consistently executed through Store Managers. · Assists Owners in planning and developing both business targets and stores’ specific targets. · Actively and effectively contributes to new store openings. · Leads operational preparation for all new store openings. · Identifies opportunities for employee and business development across the region. · Leads and communicates the business vision, brand strategy and brand values through Store Managers. · Monitors operations across all stores and ensures operating procedures and standards are consistently and effectively applied. · Ensures that all business-wide policy, campaigns and initiatives are implemented. · Minimizes loss and risk to business by ensuring appropriate controls are developed and executed. · Ensures that local and business-led recruitment strategies and succession planning are effective. · Delivers staff to the required initial standard at all levels of the organization. · Ensures that performance issues drive learning and coaching structures, and that those initiatives are fully supported and effective in reaching employees. · Ensures that an effective framework for managing and controlling costs is in place, and is being executed through Store Managers. · Monitors stores’ financial performance, and focuses on required actions and/or corrective actions to improve, meet, and exceed business plan. · Acts as key point of contact and liaises with local authorities for local regulations, licensing and food/health standard requirements. المهارات Qualifications · College education preferred. 10 years retail management experience required. · Progressive experience in managing in multi unit retail, restaurant or service organizations, with ability to analyze financial data. · Experience in Inventory & Stock Management, product forecasting and ordering is desirable. · Proficient on a computer; familiar with software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. · Able to travel to all operating markets and stores. · Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia. · Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings and special events as needed. · Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task. · Must have effective problem solving/decision making abilities. · This position will require frequent standing and use of hands and arms. · Must be able to lift up to 30lbs and frequently bend and twist from the waist. · Frequently required to use hand and finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms. · Must be able to adjust vision to both day and night lighting, and be able to focus on distant and close-range projects.
