Electrical Project Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
Role Purpose

Manage independently the projects assigned to him by the Project Manager and support the Project Manager for all other projects of the group towards meeting customer satisfaction and secure/improve the project margin.

Projects Operation
Participate in the pre-launch and later in the Conduct/Conclusion of the Contract Review and other related documents for completeness of the information and effective launch of the Project
Carrying out order conclusion/acknowledgement regarding commercial, financial and technical aspects and internal order booking directly or with the assistance of the Department.
Leading the communication with customers and internal functions to satisfy project Objectives.
Monitoring and recording the changes during the project execution and ensuring implementation and secure change order claim on time.
Customer satisfaction
Plan all actions & Follow-up of Quality of Execution, Contract Deliveries, Customer Inspections, Target Deliveries, Invoicing Commitments & Manage all activities towards the effective conduct of the Weekly Progress Meeting and Project Deliverables.
Timely response to customer
Revenue & margin
Monitor & control Budget Margins, doing the best to improve or maintain the booked margins.
Coordinate with Sr. project Manager/project Dept.
Manager for Risk assessment update for assigned projects and implement the required measures to reduce and/or eliminate
Project reporting
Prepare all documents necessary for the follow-up of Projects activity (Reports, Invoicing, Planning and Management Information etc.)
Follow-up of jobs through various meetings like weekly progress, job review, job closing, invoicing follow-up, receivables follow-up, Commercial events like BG’s, LC management
