IPTC is looking to hire Employee to occupy the following position:
Sales Training
BASIC FUNCTION:
· Sell IPTC training courses; responsible for servicing clients, achieving sales goals, and collections.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Meet minimum sales and collections targets, as set forth by the Training Center Manager.
· Manage client relationships, including making calls to current clients on a timely basis, deleting those clients who have not purchased from us and are not likely to.
· Provide the necessary service required for ongoing customer satisfaction.
· Attend trade shows to generate new business as assigned.
· Give presentations and briefings to clients as needed.
· Master the information presented during sales meetings.
· Use software tools on the computer to track client contact information, communicate with potential clients, and other sales-related functions.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Ability to handle a high meetings and call volume, sell all types of IPTC’s services, and strong skills in closing sales.
· Sales experience is a must.
· Ability to grasp information necessary to sell training.
· Must be able to learn computer software necessary to accomplish the administrative tasks required in position; word processor, contact manager, electronic mail package, and registration package.
