الوصف الوظيفي · Delivers exceptional customer service to all customers/guests by acting with a customer-comes-first attitude and connecting with customers/guests. · Discovers and responds to customer needs. · Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values & mission (Brand Strategy) of Caffeination Coffeehouse. · Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to maintain operating standards, and to set a positive example for the Shift team. · Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for queues. · Communicates information to superiors so that the team can respond as necessary to convey the Brand Strategy Attributes and Features during each shift. · Provides quality beverages, whole beans, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards. · Follows Health, Safety and Sanitation guidelines for all products. · Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments by using existing Organizational methods. · Follows daily objectives to ensure Store is clean, stock is rotated and merchandised according to Company Policy and Procedures. · Maintains a clean well-merchandised store, following visual presentation plans and standards. · Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that colleagues can locate resources and products as needed. · Assists with new hire training when necessary. · Assists with new colleague training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed. · Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing change in colleague behavior that might signal potential problems or changes in colleague morale and performance, and communicates the changes to the store management. · Ensures cash handling and Loss Prevention Policies and Company Procedures are followed at all times. · Follows Caffeination Coffeehouse’s Operational Forms, Procedures, & Policies, including those for Cash Handling and Safety & Security, to ensure the safety of all colleagues during each shift. · Administers purchasing, receiving, and pickup of store supplies, including restocking needs. · Facilitates all necessary Public Relations and Government Affairs dealings. · Coordinates and manages any event or collaboration work inside and outside the coffee shop. المهارات · At least 3 years of experience in specialty coffee. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/barista-coffee-4404669/ |
