الوصف الوظيفي Responsibilities · Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees · Develop and implement HR policies and procedures and ensure all policies are in line with the group policies and comply with the local labor law. · Accountable for Saudi payroll and all government processes and platforms in KSA. · Manage recruitment and selection and ensure that vacancies are filled by the most talented people and in the most cost-effective manner. · Develop short- and long-range strategic plans for effective recruitment, development, and utilization of human resources. · Manage human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, counseling, and disciplining staff; maintaining compensation; resolving problems; implementing change. · Oversees and manages a performance appraisal management system as applicable to the Company, to establish a systematic way of evaluating employee performance and drive high performance. · Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. · Assess training needs to apply and monitor training and development programs. · Report to direct manager and provide decision support through HR metrics. · Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. المهارات · Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience · 7-10 years’ experience in Human Resources · Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies · Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees · Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills · Attention to detail and good judgment · experience in employment, training, labor law, medical insurance, and contracts.
