Operation and Production Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي
Monitoring the progress of the planning and execution of each task that has to do with the event.
Coordinate and implement all operations within an event, including, but not limited to AV/technical support, set up, design and decor.
Prepare routine and ad hoc reports, with the objective of keeping the manager informed about all issues relating to operations and taking necessary action thereof.
Provide administrative support.
Analyze business requirements (operational and technical) and customer needs.
Responsible for the development of general event management policies.
Responsible for supervision of the production process of an event.
Responsible for researching the methods to improve operations and reduce costs.
Responsible for attending meetings with Clients with an aspect of operational and technical requirements.
Work with project management, creative teams, and clients, to review briefs and assess requirements.
Liaise with venues and site service representatives. Carry out site visits.
Ensure projects are delivered (development, build, and running on-site) on budget and on time to the highest possible standards.
Input into project specification and technical processes.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
