الوصف الوظيفي QMS - SHE: · Support the operational disciplines in reviewing stated quality requirements in sub-contracts and tenders. · Identify and report on interface problems. · Develop expertise in assigned areas regarding international standards and their application to the departmental processes. · Coordination and input (Excel) of Safety Statistics on a monthly and quarterly basis. · Assist in developing and maintaining ACGC’s QS & SHE documentation as directed by Head, QA-SHE. · Maintain the QMS register. · Suggests any improvements in the Company Quality Management System. Audits: · Plan audits in liaison with the Head, QA-SHE. · Assist with the preparation of Audit reports, schedules, etc. Administration: · Secretarial services such as typing, filing, incoming & outgoing mail, maintaining computer directories, keeping agenda and other administrative works. · Distribution of controlled copies of Quality Management System documents to copyholders. · Expedite the return of controlled distribution transmittals and input into QMS database. · Input and maintenance of computer and QSA systems. · Maintain historic hardcopy files of Quality Management System documents. · Maintain Computer Files on all QMS documentation. · Execute further secretarial work according to Document Handling Manual and Administrative Guide. · Maintain and update QA-SHE Library System. · Arrange travel reservations/tickets as required. · Maintain follow-up files for reminding Head, QA-SHE/Representative of dates reports are due, pending correspondence, etc. · Administrator for QMS Documents to include distribution, changes and control. General Assistance: · Assist in preparation of QMS documents, as required. · Give comments based on experience to initiate further improvements. · Report on monthly basis to the QA-SHE Department HOKSA (if applicable or as per standard) · Assist QA-SHE Engineer: preparation of flowcharts, standard forms, macros, etc. · Performs other tasks as may be required. المهارات Experience : Minimum of 3 years working experience in general office administration. Knowledge of : Office practices and procedures; computer administrative software application, office equipment operation; basic filing techniques and records management.
