Vacancy - Assistant General Manager
• Authentic Greek Dining destination inspired by the sunlit Greek islands and their vibrant lifestyle.
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a Fine Dinning or Michelin Star, Independent Restaurant is required
• Knowledge of GCC market is preferred.
• Previous experience in Greek or Mediterranean Cuisine advantageous
• Pre-opening experience and P&L;Management
