الوصف الوظيفي Employment Type: Full-time Salary: up to 3,000 SAR depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation and quarterly bonus Job Location: Al Khobar, KSA About the Client: The hiring company is a group of F&B;within GCC catering fancy and fine dining restaurants that specialize in Italian and European cuisines Job Role: Measure meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie Prepare meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits Receive deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality Take inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies Discard all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers Perform basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.
