الوصف الوظيفي Duties and responsibilities 1. Ensure that the cooks are wearing the proper uniforms, head covering, footwear, and kitchen gloves and daily shaved. 2. To report to the Asst. Location Manager on daily basis for coordination of department 3. Responsible for food distribution, and ensure required quantity is prepared without any shortages or complaints. 4. Responsible to arrange all the services required for coffee shops, meetings and special events and refreshment services. 5. Check and feed back of personnel according to ethnic tastes and actual need. 6. To Supervise and control and check serving meals to the only authorized persons. 7. Ensure the maximum standards of staff appearance and hygiene 8. Weekly reports for meeting concerning the quantity of food left over. 9. Conduct training programs relating to food hygiene to the staffs with HSE Supervisor 10. To anticipate the fact of teamwork in the location 11. To ensure the hygiene, safety, breakage control and chemical using in the stewarding sector up to the company standard. 12. To conduct monthly meeting with the staff and to forward the notes to direct manager in order to improve the 13. operation through giving new ideas. 14. To implement the vacation plan and work schedule including the rotation between employees. 15. To ensure the satisfaction of customer and reporting any difficulties. 16. Check regularly stores and refrigerators 17. Check the delivery operations of material and ensure good quality of it. 18.
