Manage the bidding processes of the incoming RFP/RFQs and tenders.
Act as the owner of the technical and financial proposals.
Evaluate the incoming tenders and opportunities and provide recommendations to the top management on the business feasibility of the participation in the bids and tenders.
Build the skeleton and sections of the proposal and assign sections to the team members based on the proposed scope and required specialties.
Build the digital assets and proposal templates required to expedite the bidding process.
Design high-level solutions and professional services packages based on the customer needs, willingness, and financial capabilities.
Collaboratively work with the sales team in the sales presentations and discussions with the customers.
Collaboratively work with the marketing team in developing the marketing collaterals and enhancing the company’s online presence.
المهارات
3+ years of experience working in presales activities
Advanced verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English
Owns a perfect combination of synthesis and analysis skills to build a holistic and realistic understanding of the customer challenges, aspirations, and top priorities and building the perfect solution to support the customers in their business mission.
Advanced research skills and familiarity to deal with a high level of uncertainty,
Advanced Copywriting/Technical writing required to tune documentation and writeups to impress the target readers.
Advanced diagramming skills and using diagramming software e.g. Visio, Lucidchart, smart draw, etc.
Familiar with software development methodologies e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
Familiar with UX/UI principles, experience using prototyping tools e.g. Invision, Zeplin, Adobe XD is preferred but not essential.
Self-dependent and resilient to lead complex and cross-functional initiatives and projects.
Wide exposure to a different type of enterprise solutions in multiple business domains.
Previous experience as a business analyst or product owner is highly preferred.
