Job Purpose:
To handle different accounts, outlets to sell volume, distribution, shelving and pricing across multiple brands and categories. To help the company achieves Volume, profit and superior in-store presence
Responsibilities:
Visit all outlets on daily basis as per the scheduled plans and insure the implementation of sales fundamentals: distribution, shelving, pricing and displays.
Achieve sales and collection target by customer and by product line as per monthly/ annually target.
Insure the availability of all range of SKUs as per the RPS (Retail Performance Standard) in order to establish superior in-store presence.
Responsible to create sales orders to customers & to deliver goods for them as well
Provide Reports on competition activities, initiatives and launches.
To coordinate with marketing and education regarding training and events arrangements and salon open day activities
Provide adequate reports of stock expiries & damages.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Business.
Experience: 1-2 Years of experience sales in FMCG or Salon Business.
