Core Purpose of the Job:
Florist is the artist who create arrangements all types of Cakes for weddings as well as for holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving delivery and arrange all types of cakes for all occasions or as per customer’s request.
Advising customers on possible cake combinations.
Carefully arranging cakes for display.
Packaging customers order to prevent damages.
Instructing customers on suitable transporting and handling processes.
Projects a polished, professional image at all times in accordance with brand uniform standards.
Possesses credibility, acting with a high level of honesty and integrity in all situations.
Schedules time effectively to complete role responsibilities in an efficient and organized manner.
Can be counted on to arrive at work on time and prepared for the shift.
Follows policy and procedure for operational flow at each station.
Follows standards for stock rotation and storing of all products, maintaining professional presentation at all times, demonstrating clear communication in all customers.
المهارات
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong interest in Guest Service.
Proficiency in computer skills, i.e. back office systems, Microsoft Word, Excel.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated track record for flexibility and urgency in prioritizing and organizing projects and duties for all employees.
A must have at least 3 years experiences in the same field of business with a good reputable background as far as his record is concern.
Must possess a work experience in some related fields if not necessary the same.
