Purpose of the Job:
Supervise the operation of showroom according to the rules and regulations of the brand especially the operation standard. To reach the ultimate goal, the 100% customer satisfaction. Branch Supervisor must be able to create strong leadership, define operation plans, provide trainings, oversee subordinates and harmonize the available resources with both internal and external resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise worker’s performance to ensure standard implementation.
Ensure the ready state before open the showroom.
Alerts management to Guest complaints and provides solutions for resolution.
Prepare inventory stock for daily and weekly use
Assists management in coaching Crewmembers for improved performance.
Assists in conducting timely Orientations for new employees.
Alerts management to employee relations issues in a timely manner.
Maintains a clean and safe showroom environment at all times.
Alerts management to accidents and incidents in a timely manner.
Projects a polished, professional image at all times in accordance with the brand uniform standards.
Possesses credibility, acting with a high level of honesty and integrity in all situations.
Schedules time effectively to complete role responsibilities in an efficient and organized manner.
Can be counted on to arrive at work on time and prepared for the shift.
Speaks effectively and professionally, one on one or in a group.
Provides active listening skills, conveying understanding and demonstrating attention.
المهارات
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong interest in Guest Service.
Proficiency in computer skills, i.e. back office systems, Microsoft Word, Excel.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated track record for flexibility and urgency in prioritizing and organizing projects and duties for all employees.
A must have at least 3 years experiences in the same field of business with a good reputable background as far as his record is concern.
Must possess a work experience in some related fields if not necessary the same.
