Manage multiple aspects of the daily operations to ensure maximum fleet utilization,
customer satisfaction and employee management by providing expertise, encouraging and ensuring teamwork, and aligning work processes in order to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and objectives, and ensure employee engagement in a motivated work environment.
Understand cost control and achieve individual sales goals
Increase the market penetration and increase revenue
Ensure that policies and best practices are properly followed.
Maintain continuous contact with customers and field personnel to reconcile service
requirements with available materials.
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
Order and management of devices and on street technical support (with the
collaboration of workshops and service provider)
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Perform quality controls and monitor operation’s KPIs
Recruit, train and supervise operations teams across KSA
Supervise the rental/return process; promote fast, friendly service.
Proactively seek process improvement to ensure high-quality customer service
Resolve customer issues and disputes on a timely basis
Must ensure that an aggressive sales strategy is adopted to achieve sales and
revenue.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

5+ years of management experience.
Experience in getting a ride applications such as Uber, Careem.
Experience in shared mobility is required
Excellent organization skills including time management and project planning.
Strong budgeting skills
Customer service & customer experience knowledge
Comfort working with multiple groups within business
Strong computer and administrative skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work effectively under
pressure.
