• Optical assembly and testing
• Responsible for training, mentoring and coordinating the tasks of technicians in optical assembly
• Follow scripting for testing equipment (photos, visual fields, visual acuity, etc.)
• Deliver an excellent customer service to each guest
• Drive profitable sales results by fostering a fashion forward culture that educate the customer and helping them to meet their vision needs
• Lens Fixing/ Repair
• Lens Monthly Stock Inventory
• Lens damage report
• Lens ordering/ follow up with the correct department
• Inventory of workshop equipment
• Maintenance/ repair of workshop equipment
Qualifications
• Good communication skills.
• Optical Technician Certificate or similar
• High school diploma or general education degree
• Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience
