Accurate and timely recording of financial transactions on a day to day basis as per regulation in order to have proper maintenance and control of the Company’s finance.
Prepare monthly payroll and employee final settlements
Arrange for vendor payment approval and upload in bank.
Verify employee claims and release payments on biweekly basis
To ensure that all finance reports and financial statements comply with the Standards set and are in accordance with Management agreements.
To prepare & post-closing journal entries for monthly/ annual Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss schedules.
To assist in preparation of annual Tax return.
To assist in preparation of monthly VAT return
To assist in preparation of monthly WHT return
To assist in preparation of annual budget for controlling budget variance.
Prepare cash flow statements and projected cash flow for ensuring smooth business operations.
To administer all approved operating plans, and measurement of actual performances to budget, interpreting and reporting variances on a quarterly/ annual and ad. Hoc. Basis.
Handle all statutory matters pertaining to the Company and ensure compliance.
To maintain internal control systems and procedures.
To Co-ordinate with Internal and Statutory auditors and resolve their queries.
Handle petty cash.
Handle Accounts receivable and Accounts payable.
Liaising with Govt. authorities on Accounts and other aspects.
Developing and maintaining good relationship with Banks, auditors, Consultants and Govt. agencies for getting prompt and timely services.
Maintain the Accounting Policies and Procedures Manual (Reviewing and up-dating as and when necessary).
To update & maintain the assets register.
